There are so many possible answers to this question... So I'll be brief ;-)
If you've ordered a Custom Condom, email your project manager as they'll have the most recent information. Rest assured, we have a multiple step quality control process for each order that is placed with us.
If we shipped your order, you will have received tracking information from the carrier we used only when the label has been scanned. It is possible that the carrier drops the ball and loses your order - it happens from time to time and when it does, we'll do everything we can to get your order to you.
If you've ordered just a few Funny Condoms™, we take anywhere from 24 - 72 hours to ship your order depending on the season. In most cases, we'll ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. It can also take up to 72 hours for tracking to become available.
